Please mark your calendar, this is an important meeting, and your attendance will be appreciated. 

In mid-December, the membership received a letter informing the Women’s Guild that it could not continue to operate as a ministry of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church using its own bank account, due to changes within the Archdiocese. 

We will be giving a presentation at the January 17^th General Meeting listing the differences between working under the Church umbrella or becoming an independent 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.
